应学员的要求，讲讲如何与陌生人开口聊天，也就是icebreaking talk。

和陌生人打招呼，最简单的方法就是Hello和 Hi，Hey是比较熟悉后才用的。

谈天气是最常用的方式，比如电梯里狭小的空间偶遇一个你想打招呼的陌生人，你可以说“wow, it is freezing, isn’t it?” 今天太冷了！对方一般会说“yeah, tell me about it” 可不是吗。

如果想进一步聊下去，可以赞扬对方的穿着，比如“Nice shoes by the way, where did you buy them?” 你鞋子真好看，哪里买的； You have such a wonderful hairdresser, I wish I could have your haircut, that is amazing!你的发型师真棒！我多想有你那么好的发型；Your earrings look perfect on you ! 你的耳环太配你了。

赞扬陌生人不是中国人的习惯，但在西方很普遍，礼多人不怪，赞扬的是对方的穿着品味，不会被认为是骚扰和猥琐，尤其是轻描淡写地赞扬对方，对方都会挺不好意思地回应thanks, 那你就有机会自报家门了，I am James, just move in the neighborhood, nice meeting you! 我是刚搬到这个小区的James,很高兴认识你； I am Linda working on the 8th floor, nice meeting you, 我是在八楼工作的Linda，幸会；I am new here, any interesting places around here? 我是新来的，这附近有什么好玩的地方吗？I am looking for a coffee shop, any recommendation? 我想找个咖啡厅，你有啥推荐吗？

再有一个方法就是主动帮助对方，比如帮对方开门，和陌生人说after you ,你先走;或者进电梯后问对方，which floor? 然后帮对方按电梯楼层，对方说了thank you 之后，你就可以重复上文内容了，你学会了吗?

其实没什么必要和陌生人说话，若必须的话，一定要大方得体，毕竟羞涩和不自然会让对方觉得你别有用心。
